Hi M! It’s generally not considered a very high quality chocolate. It is also usually unsweetened. For best results I recommend a high quality couverture chocolate for this tart.

I Made this, made a different base, used an oat biscuit, no issues with the chocolate splitting like I read in one comment. I just melted the butter in a jug with the cream, poured it over the chocolate, left it 3 minutes covered to Melt the chocolate, whisked it up and put it into the case I made and refrigerated.
