I do believe this is the best cake I’ve ever made. So freaking good. If you like coffee that is. This is the first time i’ve made this cake, french butter cream or ganache and it was a 95% success looks wise besides being yummy. Plan to make it several more times over the holidays.

Based on that I would 2.25x the recipe for three 9″ pans.
