Hi Myra! I’m not entirely sure as I haven’t tried it myself. It depends on if the mousse has any fat in it. Then it could make the fluff runny.

I’m in Australia and marshmallow fluff isn’t really a thing here so I made this for my dad who loves fluffernutters. I was nervous working with the sugar syrup but the recipe is really easy to follow. I had to use their meat thermometer as thats all they had and the instructions around the timings really helped. My parents have my old dodgy stand mixer and it gave up before the fluff cooled down but the fluff was still perfect! He loved it!

Thank you, Ashley! I’m glad you found it easy to follow šŸ™‚

I made this as a filling for a layer cake and it was so tasty, a perfect addition to my cake. The taste and texture were spot on. I’ve make a lot from scratch, but i’ve never made marshmallow fluff before. This recipe was really easy to follow and turned out perfectly.

Hi Kaylee! No, you shouldn’t need to heat it up again unless you find it too stiff to mix with the rice krispies.

Amazing!! I had a bunch left over so I froze it. Now I’m ready to use it for rice krispy treats but what is the defrosting process? And do I heat it up again to mix with the cereal?
