In reply to Storm. Hi Storm! The cake should not be dry. I would bake it for less time. Also you can use simple syrup to add more moisture.

I’ve made this recipe a few times and love it. My only issue is that I find the Graham crackers make the cake a little dry(?) Could I substitute or add applesauce somewhere in the recipe to help moisten it up? Kind of like your spice cake recipe?

hi! i make this cake fairly often, it’s one of my favorites but i am planning to make cupcakes w the recipe, would you recommend a different bake time for standard size cupcakes ? thanks!
