In reply to Carly. Hi Carly! I think it depends on the quality of the fondant and if you/your guests like the taste of fondant in general. This cake would work well with fondant though.

In reply to Jennavie. Hi Jennavie! You would change the Servings to 60 to get the amounts but I don't recommend doing that as one whole big batch unless you have a commercial sized mixer. What size pans are you planning to use? How large do you need the servings to be? These are very generously sized at 12 servings.
