I’m thinking of making this for my mums 70th next weekend. The recipe says it serves 16 but I know they cut cake portions smaller at parties. Do you know if this would go much further than 16? I’m worried it won’t be big enough… although as I write this, I think I’m going to have to make 2 cakes haha!

Even if you jump to recipe, the pop-up ads pop you out of the recipe and you have to start over… this can be scary when you lose your place in the recipe. It would be nice if you could “print to pdf” so that it can be frozen digitally off site

Usei a receita do bolo e substiui o swiss merengue buttercream por creme de mascarpone aromatizado com sumo e raspas de lima, Foi um sucesso total! Um bolo muito leve, com muta frescura e sabor! Já tinha feito seguindo a receita e é muito bom! Adoro bolos com textura fofa e húmida, com sabores e aromas naturais. E já tenho feito mais bolos “Live for cake”
