Hi Taylor! Mine is kind of a hack job — its a wood serving plate stacked on some rustic coasters. Both are very old. Amazon has a similar one but its quite a bit bigger https://amzn.to/3EFS44o

Hi Joe! My cakes tend to be more on the dense side rather than light and fluffy, but it shouldn’t be too dense and should rise almost to the top of the 6×2 cake pans. Overly dense cakes can be from overmixing the cake batter once the flour is added (it develops too much gluten) or not using room temperature ingredients so the cake batter doesn’t emulsify properly. I hope that helps!

Hi Adrienne! Yes, as long as the tiers are properly supported.

Hi Tiffany! Just add a bit more butter to it and mix until there are some clumps 🙂

It is very sandy. I used the exact measurements of the recipe and it was more like a graham cracker crust for cheesecake. I still baked it thinking the heat of the oven maybe melts the brown sugar and forms clumps… wishful thinking, I know. I LOVE your picture and really wanted the beautiful clumps of streusel. I will try again, but I need to see what I can do differently. Thanks!!

Hi Lise-Anne! Converting pan sizes is always tricky. Here are some sites I use as a guideline:
http://www.joyofbaking.com/PanSizes.html
https://www.cookipedia.co.uk/recipes_wiki/Cake_tin_conversion_charts
Based on that I would increase the recipe by 1/3. Change the Servings from 12 to 16 to get the amounts. Baking time may be slightly differnet.
