In reply to Kathy G. Hi Kathy! I hope you love them. Baking times can vary depending on the oven as well as the color of the pans. The timing listed is what works for me but it's important to adjust as needed. Please let me know how they turned out :)

I made these and they are really good BUT the baking time has to increase by 5-7 minutes. When I passed the 12 minute mark, they LOOKED done, but when I attempted to create the well, the unbaked dough came oozing up around the sides of the vessel I was using. I put them back in for 5 minutes and they firmed up and baked through. Looking forward to filling with berries and whipped cream.

Do i store these in the fridge after baking? and how long do they last in the fridge and if we are in winter time (room temperature?)
