Hi Marisa! So glad you love it 🙂 Most cakes are ok at room temperature for a couple days unless the have a fresh cream filling or use fresh fruits, etc. I tend to refrigerate my cakes though and just take them out 2-3 hours before serving so they can come to room temp.
